E-19 backpack – an emergency bug-out bag (BOB)
A 30 L tactical backpack made of 600D nylon – once you take the equipment out, you can use it every day and in the outdoors.
Navy blue E-19 evacuation backpack – urban and understated
The navy blue E-19 has the most civilian look of all the versions. It keeps the MOLLE webbing for attaching pouches and pockets and the tactical cut, but in this color the backpack says office and campus rather than military. At the office or in a hotel, it looks perfectly ordinary.
Navy goes well with denim and dark jackets, so the E-19 blends in with your everyday outfit. On the dark fabric, wet spots from rain and minor dirt are hardly noticeable, so the backpack keeps looking neat for a long time, even when it rides with you to work every day.
If you commute a lot, the navy blue E-19 keeps your emergency kit with you when you’re away from home, too. The flashlight and first aid kit are always at hand, and nobody on the bus or subway gives your backpack a second look.
Where the navy blue E-19 works best
- at the office and on public transit
- on business trips – on the train and at the hotel
- on campus and on your way to class
Other E-19 colors – same kit, different look
A ready-to-go emergency backpack for when you need it
The E-19 is a ready-made set of essential emergency equipment in a 30 L tactical backpack. Instead of gathering the most important items one by one, you get them all in one place – ready to store at home or in the car, or to take with you into the outdoors.
In an emergency, there isn’t always time to look for a flashlight, batteries, a first aid kit, a radio or tools. A backpack packed in advance and kept in a set place saves you those minutes.
Room for your own things
The whole kit fits in the backpack, with room to spare for documents, water, food, medication and clothing.
One backpack, many uses
A well-thought-out kit
In line with the Polish Safety Guide
The E-19 was put together following the recommendations for evacuation backpack equipment in the Polish Safety Guide. The kit covers every equipment category on the list:
- Water
- Light
- Communication
- First aid
- Fire
- Shelter
- Navigation
- Tools

Customer reviews: E-19 evacuation backpack with equipment, 30 L – navy blue
Frequently asked questions
Does the navy blue backpack look like a military backpack?
Despite its tactical cut, the navy blue E-19 looks more like a city or hiking backpack, because this color isn’t associated with field uniforms.
Does the navy blue backpack go with dressier clothes?
Navy looks good with a coat and a blazer, so the backpack won’t clash with your outfit when you’re heading to work or to a meeting.
Is the E-19 ready to use?
Yes. You get a complete kit packed in a 30 L backpack.
How many items are in the kit?
21 pieces of equipment plus a bonus silver multifunction card.
Will my own things fit in the backpack?
Yes. The backpack has a 30 L capacity – with the kit packed, there’s still room for documents, water, food and medication.
Is the backpack waterproof?
The backpack is made of waterproof 600D nylon. In prolonged rain, it’s a good idea to keep documents in a pouch – the seams and zippers aren’t sealed.
Can I keep the E-19 in my car?
Yes. You can keep the backpack in your car as extra emergency equipment.
Is the E-19 suitable for camping or longer trips?
Yes. Many items in the kit come in handy when camping, traveling or doing outdoor activities.
Prefer to build your own kit?
30 L tactical and military backpacks without equipment.
